Miks, the Controller agent from Croatia, has been added to the Valorant roster as part of the Season 2026 // Act 2 update.
Prior to this, Riot Games first revealed the new music-themed character during Valorant Masters Santiago's grand finals.
Croatian Controller Miks, who is also the 30th agent of the hero shooter game, brings pure sound energy to the stage. He unites his team to set the battlefield tempo with his sonic powers and charismatic passion.
His reveal cinematic video features "Clarity (VALORANT x BUNT. Remix)," a new take on Zedd's classic track by emerging DJ and producer BUNT.
The team-amplifying abilities of Miks are Harmonize (basic), M-pulse (basic), Waveform (signature), and Bassquake (ultimate skill).
- Q - Harmonize: Targets ally (or alt-fire self) to grant shared Combat Stim (speed/fire rate/handling buffs) refreshing on kills.
- C - M-pulse: Throw toggleable device (alt-fire Concuss/Heal); lands to pulse sound waves concussing enemies or healing allies.
- E - Waveform: Map targeter sets locations then spawns smokes for sight denial.
- X - Bassquake: Charge and unleash forward Sonic Radiance knocking back, slowing, and deafening players.
Along with Miks, the new update (Season 2026 Act 2 - Patch 12.05) also launched the Blackthorn Collection and a Battlepass featuring in-game items such as the Dragon Gate Phantom, Soulburst Bandit, and Flick of the Wrist Card.
