Infinix has announced the new addition to its Note 12 series, the Note 12 VIP. It highlights a MediaTek Helio G96 processor, 120W fast charging, 120Hz AMOLED display, and a 108MP camera. Check out its full specs below.
The Infinix Note 12 VIP smartphone packs a large 4,500mAh battery, supporting 120W Hyper Charge with 103 protection features in the phone and charger, including 18 temperature sensors inside the device.
Due to the dual charge pump configuration, the 0-100 percent charging time is achieved in just 17 minutes. Meanwhile, a 10-minute recharge is sufficient for six hours of gaming or five hours of YouTube video streaming. According to Infinix, after 800 charge cycles, the Note 12 VIP’s battery will retain 85 percent of its capacity.
It is powered by a 2.05 GHz 12nm MediaTek Helio G96 octa-core processor. The platform is paired with 8GB RAM expandable to 13GB RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, and XOS 10.6 software based on Android 12. It is also equipped with a cooling system featuring nine layers of graphene and a vapor chamber.
Infinix Note 12 VIP boasts a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. This is a 10-bit panel with 100% DCI-P3 coverage and a 120Hz screen refresh rate (plus a 360Hz touch sampling rate).
Moreover, it comes with a triple rear camera module composed of a 108MP main sensor (1/1.67″, 1.92µm pixels after 9-in-1 pixel binning) with a Laser AF system, a 13MP ultrawide-angle lens, and a 2MP bokeh camera. On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera housed in the top-centered punch hole.
Other specs include DTS-backed dual speakers, 4G LTE connectivity, dual-band WiFi, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual X-axis linear motors for superior haptic feedback.
