Moonton Games has revealed that Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2022, which will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will feature 12 of the best teams in the region, vying for the lion’s share of the USD 300,000 prize pool and the title of the king of SEA.
MSC 2022 Game Format
Here’s the tournament format for the MSC 2022.
Group Stage:
- 12 squads are split into 4 groups of 3 teams each. (All Mobile Legends Professional League champions for each region except Singapore will be automatically seeded in each group. The remaining teams pooled into a group draw.)
- Each team will play a best-of-two (Bo2) in a single round-robin format.
- The top two teams in each group will then move to the playoffs.
Playoffs Stage:
- The playoffs stage will be played in a double-elimination format.
- More details on the format will be revealed at a later date.
