Genshin Impact Concert 2022

The Genshin Concert 2022 will last approximately 75 minutes and will feature authentic renditions and inventive adaptations of Genshin Impact's most recognizable soundtracks. The trailer revealed that the Hollywood Chamber Orchestra would perform classic symphonic works under the direction of Eímear Noone, an award-winning music conductor, and composer best known for her extensive work in video game music.

Shiro SAGISU, who has served as a music producer and composer for numerous fan-favorite films and anime, including Neon Genesis Evangelion, will serve as the event's Music Director in the interim. To reimagine the Genshin Impact soundtracks in contemporary styles, he will collaborate with popular bands, folk musicians, and talented artists from various backgrounds.

HOYO-MiX composer and music producer Yu-Peng Chen said that "creating music for Genshin Impact has always been an endless exploration" for him and the HOYO-MiX team.

Shiro SAGISU shared that "the original Genshin Impact soundtracks fit perfectly into the actual in-game scenes and ambiance, and also provide much to imagine beyond the game." He also added that together with the HOYO-MiX team and global artists, they've "tried different touches to the music, weaving elements of pop music, rock, and jazz into it."

The Genshin Impact original soundtracks, composed and produced by Yu-Peng Chen and HOYO-MiX, aim to depict the diversity of regions, cultures, and people in the world of Teyvat through a collection of symphonic music incorporating music from different parts of the world. The game will soon release its thirteenth album, which features music from Sumeru's rainforest, a newly introduced area.
