CoD Modern Warfare 2 PC specs, preload times revealed

Ahead of its release date of October 28, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 team has revealed the game's preload times and PC specs requirements. Check out more details below.

CoD Modern Warfare 2 PC Preloading — Campaign Early Access and Official Launch

Those who pre-ordered Modern Warfare 2 digitally on PC will be able to preload the game ahead of its release. Also, preloading will be available for Campaign early access.

Campaign preload schedule for pre-order players

Preloading for Campaign Early Access on PC starts October 19, 2022, at 10 AM PT (October 20 at 1 AM, GMT+8, Philippine Time), with early access going live the following day on October 20, 2022, at 10 AM PT (October 21 at 1 AM, GMT+8, Philippine Time). Players can play alongside the members of the Mexican Special Forces, Task Force 141, and Shadow Company up to a full week prior to launch while earning Campaign completion unlocks that can be used in Multiplayer and Special Ops at launch.

Preloading for the game's official launch, including Multiplayer and Special Ops, starts on October 26 at 10 AM PT (October 27 at 1 AM, GMT+8, Philippine Time), with the full title going live on October 27 at 9 PM PT (October 28 at 12 PM, GMT+8, Philippine Time).
