If you live in Southeast Asia but play on a non-SEA Riot LoL Account that you want to use locally following the publishing switch, you're in luck. Riot Games is offering an account transfer to the new SEA League of Legends regions for 1 Blue Essence (BE).
Riot Games recommends this option if you live in SEA but have a non-SEA Riot Account with LoL/TFT progress or content you would like to preserve.
This one-time, one-way transfer will be available as soon as Riot SEA LoL/TFT servers go live on January 6, 2023, and can be found by going to the Store and selecting Account.
Important things to remember:
This transfer will only be available for a limited time.
This is truly a one-way transfer for the time being, as transfers out of the SEA regions will be disabled to give the new server population time to stabilize.

If you're looking to transfer your Riot Account to the SEA server and then link it to your Garena Account, remember that some of your data/progress may be overwritten/combined per the Migration Guide.
If you've reviewed the migration guide and decided to proceed with the merge, simply make sure that you transfer your Riot LoL Account to the same region where you played with Garena.
