Antutu has revealed the Global Top 10 Best-Performing Android Phones for February 2023, ranking flagship, sub-flagship, and mid-range smartphones.

Red Magic 8 Pro+ claimed the top spot in the flagship category, while iQOO Neo7 dominated the sub-flagship category, and Nothing Phone 1 (the first smartphone of Nothing) led the mid-range group.

According to Antutu, the February 2023 list of the top 10 Android devices with the best performance was based on data from AnTuTu Benchmark V9, with results collected from a minimum of 1,000 valid scores from February 1 to 28, 2023.

Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro Plus ranked first in the flagship department, recording an average Antutu score of 1,304,238 points. It features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 octa-core processor, a 6.8-inch AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution of 1116 x 2480 pixels, a 960Hz touch sampling rate, and a 120Hz screen refresh rate. The gaming phone is packed with a large battery capacity of 5000mAh, supporting up to a 165W fast charging rate via USB-C. It ships with a 165W gallium nitride (GaN) charger.

Coming in second place was Vivo X90 Pro+, posting an average Antutu score of 1,280,652 points. iQOO 11 ranked third with an average of 1,271,052 points.

Completing the top ten are Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (1,255,441), Samsung Galaxy S23+ (1,223,018), Samsung Galaxy S23 (1,198,962), OnePlus 11 (1,150,541), ROG Phone 6D (1,086,117), Xiaomi Mi 12T Pro (1,074,067), and Xiaomi Redmi K50 Ultra (1,060,498).

Mediatek Dimensity 8200-powered iQOO Neo 7 (Global) topped the sub-flagship category, recording an average Antutu score of 854,527 points. It was followed by Xiaomi Mi 12T with 819,293 points and Realme GT Neo 3 with 810,845 points.

The rest in the charts are Poco X4 GT (803,250), Redmi K50i (783,552), OnePlus 10R 5G (777,614), Redmi Note 11T Pro (757,623), Realme GT Neo 2 (729,746), iQOO Neo 6 (722,201), and Realme GT Neo 3T (710,040).

Nothing Phone 1 placed first in the midrange group, registering an average Antutu score of 567,387 points. Realme GT Master came second place with 544,652 points, followed by Poco X5 Pro with 543,048 points.

The following seven smartphones are Realme Q3s (539,061), Mi 11 Lite (544,034), Mi 12 Lite (530,431), Mi 11 Lite 5G NE (526,358), Samsung Galaxy A73 5G (521,277), Galaxy A52s 5G (515,967), and Realme 10 Pro+ 5G (510,812).
