To deploy its Business Plans in the Philippines, Starlink has partnered with Henry Sy Jr.-led firm Data Lake (part of ALACO Group of Companies), headquartered in Biñan, Laguna.
For the uninitiated, Starlink is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) established by business magnate Elon Musk as part of its aerospace company, SpaceX. It aims to provide internet connectivity to remote areas.
For its technology, it uses low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites to deliver broadband internet capable of supporting streaming, online gaming, and video calls, among other internet activities. Thus, users can experience high-speed, low-latency internet.

All the abovementioned Starlink plans promise a peak of 350Mbps download and 80Mbps upload speeds. For plans with Data Cap, once the allocated data limit is reached, throttled speed will be 1Mbps uplink and 1Mbps downlink.
Meanwhile, you can purchase more "Priority Access" once you hit your data cap to continue surfing the internet without the speed limit. Open your Starlink mobile app, go to the Starlink Customer Portal, and opt-in to being automatically charged for more Priority Access. Once you've opt-in, you will be automatically billed for additional GB used until you opt out. The price of Priority Access for Enterprise Plans is PHP 23.39 per GB, while for Commercial/Maritime Plans is PHP 106.61 per GB.
