The program will house 10 selected players in a villa for three weeks and give them a chance to compete in various real-world and gaming challenges, demonstrating what it takes to become a professional gamer.
The winner of The Greatest Gamer will receive a PHP 250,000 cash prize and a contract with Smart Omega that gives them the opportunity to be part of their Mobile Legends: Bang Bang roster.
"The Greatest Gamer" was introduced in Indonesia in 2021. After its successful pilot in Indonesia and mobile gaming's rapid growth in the Philippines, TikTok, along with partners Smart, Smart Omega, and Mobile Legends, and with support from Grab and Samsung, will seek 'The Greatest Gamer' in the nation.
Numerous activities are planned for the duration of the campaign to provide an immersive and engaging experience for the contestants, who will participate in livestreams of mini-games, weekly tournament gameplays, and other online and offline challenges to learn what it takes to become a professional gamer.

How to join The Greatest Gamer Philippines?
From May 24 to June 14, 2023, aspirant professional esports players can submit their audition videos via TikTok.
Interest participants must follow @thegreatestgamer and @smartcommunications on TikTok and create an audition video introducing themselves and showcasing their MLBB skills, using the official audition filter and hashtag #TheGreatestGamerPH and tagging the official TikTok accounts of @thegreatestgamer and @smartcommunications.
The winner of The Greatest Gamer will also take home a PHP 250,000 cash reward and a contract with Smart Omega that will allow them to join their MLBB roster.
