NetEase Games has launched the "Dancing Dragons Usher in the New Year" event in Identity V, which celebrates the Lunar New Year. As part of this event, players can expect to see a reworked Chinatown map, as well as the introduction of a new survivor, Puppeteer - Matthias Czernin.
The Chinatown map in Identity V, NetEase Games' asymmetric 1V4 competitive mobile game, has been beautifully decorated to mark the arrival of the Year of the Dragon. Mysterious Dragon Dance items have also appeared on the map. To help players explore them in style, everyone will receive ten free draws and an A Costume Unlock Card. Additionally, new login rewards have been added, including outfits for the Mechanic and Gardener.
New Survivor: Puppeteer - Matthias Czernin
The lifelike puppet named "Louis" is based on a young boy named Matthias, and it brings his family endless honor and wealth. Everyone loves the puppet except for Matthias, who is no longer cared for by his family. This is because Louis is quietly taking his place in the family. Unable to escape the puppet's shadow, Matthias chooses to burn it. Unfortunately, this leads to a terrible accident, knocking off his parents and seriously injuring Matthias. Despite this, he feels relieved that Louis is gone.
After ninety-one days, Matthias receives a crate that contains a new Louis, but he is confused and immediately throws the puppet into the fireplace, where it turns to ashes. However, after seventy-eight days, another crate arrives, and Louis is back. No matter how many times Matthias disposes of him, Louis always finds his way back. On Matthias' 24th birthday, he receives another crate, and he notices a badge in the corner of the crate that leads him to a notorious Manor across the sea upon investigation.
Identity V - Chinese New Year Events and Rewards 2024
The celebration of the Year of the Dragon will continue throughout the month.
On February 7, 2024, new Chinese-style furniture will be added.
On February 9, 2024, new skins for several characters will be released.
And on February 10, 2024, all players who log in will receive ten (10) free draws.
