The classic MMORPG Tarisland was released globally on June 21, 2024, on different platforms: PC, iOS, and Windows PC. Level Infinite also revealed that pre-registrants can now claim their pre-registration rewards through the "Claim Reward" page on the game's official website. Tarisland Pre-Registration Rewards
Players who pre-registered prior to the game's official launch are eligible to receive the following rewards:
- Unicorn Mount
- Prosperity Seeker (pet dog)
- Great Taste (title)
- Tarisland Chest (Mithril Bait x5, Healing Potion x10, Silver Coins x5000)

You can claim rewards only until July 23, 2024.
All players who registered a Level Infinite (LI) Pass account and successfully created a character after logging in can claim the Milestone Reward during this period.
Meanwhile, only players who participated in the Pre-registration Raffle Event and obtained rewards are eligible.
Players can log into their LI Pass account during this period to view the types and quantities of rewards won and claim them all at once for the created character.
How do I claim Tarisland pre-registration rewards?
Just log in via Google in your launcher, then bind your account to any email without an LI Pass account, and then you can claim your pre-reg reward.
Moreover, make sure that you have created a character already and completed the tutorial/introduction quest line.
Requirements:
- Pre-registered Gmail email address
- New Gmail email address (that's not linked to LI Pass Account)
Procedure:
Step 1: Open the game launcher.
Step 2: Log in via Google (your pre-registered Gmail email address).
Step 3: Click your profile name.
Step 4: Click Account Center.
Step 5: Select the "Bind Account" tab.
Step 6: Click the "BIND" button beside LEVEL INFINITE PASS ACCOUNT.
Step 7: Now, bind the new Gmail email address.
Step 8: Go to the "Claim Reward" page (https://ift.tt/eaGxwhk).
Step 9: Log in using the new Gmail email address.
Step 10: On the Tarisland Pre-Registration Reward page, select your Area, Server, and Character Name. Then, click the "Claim My Reward Now" button.
Here's an advisory from the Tarisland team regarding players having problems (specifically the "Character information not found" error) when they try to claim their pre-registration rewards.
Concerning pre-registration rewards, we've received reports about claiming issues. Please ensure you are logging into the game with the LI Pass account you used for the official website pre-registration, rather than via third-party logins (such as Facebook, Google, or Apple). Otherwise, you might not be able to claim rewards even if the account email is the same.
