Our very own Fnatic Onic PH claimed the M6 World Championship title with an unbeaten track record. This victorious run extends the Philippines' reign in the M World Series, having five consecutive titles since M2.

Fnatic Onic Philippines (FNOP) defeated Team Liquid Indonesia (TLID) 4-1 in the Mobile Legends M6 World Championship grand finals to claim the crown.

Their win in the summit clash on December 15 earned them an unbeaten M6 campaign as well as the grand prize of USD 320,000 (~ PHP 18 million) from the USD 1 million prize pool.

Meanwhile, Selangor Red Giants finished in third place after losing to Team Liquid Indonesia in the Lower Bracket Finals on December 14. This loss ended their hopes of achieving the Golden Road, which means winning all major Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) titles in a year.

Fnatic Onic PH's historic victory was seen by over 7,000 fans at the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event also amassed 4.129 million peak concurrent views (PCV), making it the third-most-popular M Series edition ever. According to MLBB's analytics partner Esports Charts, the average viewers (AV) increased by 66%, reaching 709,919 AV.

M6 has once again confirmed the growing appeal of MLBB esports, bringing an ever-expanding audience to its flagship tournament. While not a record-breaking event, M6 delivered outstanding results, with notable growth compared to M5, including a 66 percent increase in average viewership during the Group Stage. TikTok played a pivotal role, contributing over 31 percent of total hours watched, while the expanded co-streaming program drove deeper community involvement, raising the share of community casting from 18 percent last year to 24 percent in terms of viewership.

M7 World Championship Host is Indonesia

The Mobile Legends' M Series will return to Jakarta, Indonesia, for the M7 World Championship in January 2026. This event will be held two years after it was last held there during the M4 Championship. The M7 announcement was made at the M6 Summit, which is MOONTON Games' annual conference held with each M Series.

The M7 World Championship will start after the 33rd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, scheduled for December 2025. Mobile Legends has been announced as the first esports title in the upcoming Thailand SEAG and will feature male and female divisions competing for medals.

Mobile Legends returns to the Esports World Cup

The MLBB Mid Season Cup (MSC) and the MLBB Women's Invitational (MWI) were announced as part of MLBB Esports' 2025 Roadmap. These tournaments will also be included in the Esports World Cup (EWC). Both events will take place between the two halves of the MLBB Professional League (MPL) circuits. The first half of the MPL runs from early March to late June, and the second half runs from late August to early November.
