Globe CEO Carl Cruz believes in establishing "a company around people and customers, not products." This approach is shaping the company's growth and influence on millions of Filipinos.

Carl Cruz said:
We're not just going digital for the sake of it. We're building solutions that reflect real needs, real affordability, and real stories of connection. That means helping students with their online learning, helping an OFW see their family over a clear video call, or allowing small businesses to receive payments digitally. These moments are what matter[s].

In Q1 2025, 87 percent of Globe's total service revenues came from data, up from 85 percent the year before. This shows that Filipinos are adopting a digital-first lifestyle. Globe mobile users increased by 5 percent to 61.6 million in March 2025 from 58.8 million. Globe fiber broadband customers expanded to 1.83 million in March 2025 from 1.72 million the year before.

Further, GFiber Prepaid (GFP) achieved a stellar Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 67 in April 2025, indicating customer satisfaction and trust in value-conscious families.

Globe GFiber Prepaid is changing the home internet market. It has a 70 percent reload rate, the highest among prepaid fiber providers, and has seen a 53 percent increase in subscribers quarter-on-quarter. This product is growing quickly in households with lower incomes, showing that affordable, on-demand fiber internet is creating real demand.

Carl Cruz further stated:
These numbers are indicative that customers prefer our service. We'll keep innovating, investing, and pushing technology forward, but always with the customer in mind. When you build with empathy, the impact follows.
