The second major update for MU Pocket Knights has been released, Webzen announced. Since its global launch in September, the mobile idle RPG game has topped app charts and continues to receive strong support from players worldwide, like here in the Philippines.
With this new patch update, the new Rune system, expanded stages, and a festive Halloween-themed event were added.

MU: Pocket Knights - Second Major Update
A new Rune System lets players enhance their equipment and character stats with this update. Runes from Explorations contribute high-tier attributes to character progression and tactics.
Furthermore, new stages are introduced across various content. Battle gets 30 extra chapters. Blood Castle, Maze of Dimension, and Square of Devil, receive 30 new stages. With 20 additional stages, the Abyss Dungeon offers more challenges and rewards than before.
MU Pocket Knights also prepared the "Trick or Treat Rush!" event to celebrate Halloween. Through Exploration, you can get Halloween Candies and Pumpkins that you can exchange for special rewards.
Moreover, new equipment and costumes allow for additional character customization. These items expand strategic options and fighting capabilities when coupled with Runes, enhancing growth.
As per developer Webzen, they "will continue to deliver exciting new content and global events."
