Thailand's Full Sense win AOV AIC 2025; SEA Games up next

The Arena of Valor International Championship (AIC) 2025 in Hanoi has just wrapped up. Thailand's Full Sense delivered a commanding win against Taiwan's Flash Wolves, 4-1, to claim the title.

With this victory, the spotlight now turns to the 33rd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in Bangkok, where AOV returns as a medal event for both men's and women's competitions. Top AOV teams from Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, and Timor-Leste will compete at this year's SEA Games next week at Chulalongkorn University.

Check out the recap of AIC 2025 and details for AOV at the 33rd SEA Games below.

Full Sense are AOV AIC 2025 champions

On December 7, RoV Pro League's Full Sense—OverOne, AshEarth, Agetsive, Sharkz, and Noar—beat Garena Challenger Series' Flash Wolves 4-1. After a strong season with no defeats since the Group Stage, RoV Pro League's third consecutive AIC win was a milestone.

Prior to the Finals, four of the region's best teams—RoV Pro League's Full Sense, Bacon Time (the defending AIC champions), PSG Esports, and Garena Challenger Series' Flash Wolves, fresh off their AOV Premier League 2025 win—clashed in the Semi Finals.

Full Sense clinched the Upper Bracket Final early and outperformed Bacon Time in team clashes and map pressure. Full Sense triumphed 4-1 and qualified for the Grand Final despite Bacon Time winning one game in the 4th round.

The tense best-of-seven Lower Bracket Semi Final, where the losing team finished fourth place, saw both sides trade wins. PSG secured Games 1, 3, and 5. Meanwhile, Flash Wolves claimed Games 2, 4, and 6, forcing a decisive Game 7. Flash Wolves prevailed in the final game, 4-3, to go to the final qualifying match.

Bacon Time and Flash Wolves played another dramatic seven-game series for the Grand Final spot. Bacon Time led after Games 1, 3, and 4, but Flash Wolves sealed Games 2, 5, 6, and 7 with disciplined teamfights and better late-series flexibility. Flash Wolves nailed another close game, 4-3, to go to the Grand Final.

Flash Wolves took the opening Grand Final game in just 17 minutes. Full Sense immediately adjusted and won the next four games to capture the AIC 2025 trophy.

Noar of Full Sense became the first Support player to win the AIC Finals MVP award. Noar also led Support players in Average MVP points throughout the event. Further, the Thai team was named AIC 2025's Best Lineup for their remarkable performance.
