Available for both iOS and Android, Where Winds Meet is playable on mobile right now and features full cross-play and cross-progression capabilities, meaning players can enjoy the immersive adventure both at home and on the go.
But fret not, non-mobile wuxia fans, because to celebrate the mobile launch, the team has also unlocked for all users a new area in Kaifeng - the Roaring Sands, introducing a brand new storyline, challenges, and powerful bosses. The game will also add Velvet Shade Sect on December 14.
The Where Winds Meet Mobile user interface lets you customize control layout, reposition buttons, change sizes, and transparency to maximize usability and control. An adaptive technology for mobile devices makes graphics on mobile screens more colorful and detailed, highlighting the Jianghu's splendor.
Moreover, Roaring Sands, a new Kaifeng area, was added. Located near the Yellow River and covering over one-third of Kaifeng's map, it is full of strange peculiarities, old prophecies, and timeless legends. The area unlocks the Kaifeng map and introduces exciting new enemies, including the River Master and his enormous mythical companion, "Dragon King," and the boss Feng Ruzhi.
Velvet Shade, a new Sect, will launch on December 14, 2025. Made up of beauty practitioners, it is the first Sect to succeed in dance and martial arts. They pretend to perform in the Revelry Hall, but they actually communicate amongst factions. They combine the exquisite elegance of expert dancers with the calm decisiveness of warriors. Only charming or temperamental people can join.

With the launch of the mobile version, we aim to introduce the Wuxia world of Where Winds Meet to even more players around the globe, as well as [bring] convenience to players on PC and console who want to access the game on the go. Anytime, anywhere, the Jianghu will always be within your reach.
The launch of the free-to-play epic Wuxia open-world ARPG on mobile devices was announced by Everstone Studio and NetEase Games at The Game Awards 2025.
