The "Remaster Update" for Black Desert Mobile improved the game's graphics, user interface, and season system. Per Pearl Abyss, this major update to its mobile MMORPG brings enhanced graphics, including 120 FPS support. Other highlights of the Remastered Update were the revamped user interface (UI) and season system.
Graphics Remastered
The graphics update is a complete rework to improve immersion and visuals. Water reflections and distant entity visibility are enhanced to better represent the in-game reality. Further, the remaster supports 120 FPS, double the previous 60 FPS maximum. Combat and ordinary gaming are smoother with this patch update.
User Interface Remastered
The redesigned UI improves navigation and usability. The main screen layout has been restructured by content type and priority to make commonly accessible content easier to reach and reduce visual clutter. Black Desert Mobile players can now edit the menu bar and UI elements to fit their playstyle. Reorganizing the side menu to group related content categories makes it more intuitive. In future patches, inventory and enhancement menu UIs will be improved.
Remastered Season
It allows for more flexible progression. Players can now complete the Season Pass at their own speed after new seasons start. Expanded Adventurer Progression Log helps novice players reach roughly 60K Combat Power faster. The new Season Plus category lets players complete the questline with one quest ticket, accelerating character progression for new and returning players.
Content Remastered
Black Desert Mobile players from Brawler to General ranks will not be demoted to lower tiers in the Martial God Tournament, allowing them to compete without fear of demotions. Further, the Class Ban feature lets players ban up to two classes from the arena's matchmaking. At the Holy College of Calpheon, the new Great Library allows players to easily gain Adventure and Academics Knowledge just by reading up to 20 books every day. Those with all Knowledge can donate it for Silver rewards.
In-Game and Community Events launched
The Remaster Special Login and Special Missions events reward players for daily logins and task completion, respectively. Snakes-and-Ladders-themed Black Spirit and Ladders is also available. Rewards include Luminescent Crystals and Noble Tears of Goddess.
Community events encourage players to try the remasters' new features. Send screenshots of the enhanced graphics to the official Black Desert Mobile Discord server for 5,000 Restoration Scrolls. In another event, players use the remastered UI edit mode to show off their customized layouts. Sharing personal setups will earn selected participants 2,000 Black Pearls.
