The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Mid Season Cup (MSC) has now confirmed its final 16-team lineup following the conclusion of the Wild Card Stage on July 4 in Paris, setting the stage for the tournament's first-ever edition in Europe as part of the 2026 Esports World Cup (EWC).
Team Falcons MENA won the last Main Stage spot, completing the 16-team field of elite contenders for the MSC EWC 2026 Group Stage from July 22 to 26.
International tournament MSC debuts in Europe this year. It showcases Mobile Legends' global expansion with 10 Wild Card teams (up from eight last year) and fresh pathways for Thailand, India, South Korea, and Western Europe.
A more diversified lineup of international esports athletes will grace the Main Stage, comprising 5 regions:
- Southeast Asia (SEA)
- Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA)
- Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
- East Asia (EA)
- Americas (AMER)
In the tight MSC EWC 2026 Wild Card Finals, Team Falcons MENA, a fan favorite and worldwide regular, defeated Mongolia's HUNS Esports, 2-1, to advance to the Main Stage.
The win culminated Team Falcons' multi-year rise through MLBB Professional League MENA success and international tests.
Further, this is the MENA region's first two-team Main Stage debut with Team Falcons and Geekay Esports since the inaugural MSC EWC.
More notably, it is the first time MENA has qualified its second Main Stage representative internationally, demonstrating its worldwide standing.
