Rio Rise pays players who bring in new players: you share your personal promo code, your friends play, and you get paid for every one of them who actually sticks around. The money arrives in pesos to GCash or Maya, and you don't need a channel or a following to join.

What Rio Rise is and why it pays
Rio Rise is a free open-world RP (roleplay) game in the style of GTA RP and the SAMP servers people used to run on PC. The difference is that it runs on Android and iPhone, so no PC is needed. You create a character, get a job, buy a car and live in a city where everyone you meet is a real player.
The partner program is affiliate marketing in its simplest form: nothing to sell, no ads to run, just inviting people to try a free game. Applying is free and there is no minimum follower count. Once your application is approved you get a personal promo code and a dashboard with your stats, updated once a day.
The main path: a regular player inviting friends
If you have a barkada group chat, a Messenger group from school, a small Discord server, or just a few friends who like GTA, that is enough to start.
Here is how it works. Your friend installs Rio Rise, enters the game and types /promo CODE in the game chat, using your code. A code can only be activated while the player has less than 2 hours of playtime, so remind them to do it right at the start. Your friend gets something too: an in-game bonus, for example 7 days of VIP.
You are paid per lead. A lead is a new player who activated your code and played 120 minutes within their first 30 days. One player counts once.
Sensible ways to invite people without a channel:
- drop your code in your own group chats and say what you actually enjoy in the game;
- set a night to play together, since RP is more fun with a full squad;
- put the code in your Facebook story, Instagram story or TikTok bio;
- help new friends through their first hour so they don't quit before reaching 2 hours.
An example, not a promise
The standard rate is US$ 1.87 per lead. Say 10 friends activate your code and each plays 2 hours: 10 x US$ 1.87 = US$ 18.70. That is still just under the US$ 20 minimum withdrawal, so at the standard rate your first cash-out opens at the 11th lead. This only shows how the math works. It is not a forecast of what you will earn.
Income is not guaranteed. It depends entirely on how many of the people you invite really play: a friend who installs the game and leaves after ten minutes is not a lead.
For streamers and video creators
If you stream or make videos, the rules are the same and only the reach is bigger. A few things that fit the program well:
- put your code in the video description, on screen during a live, and in a pinned comment;
- show viewers how to type /promo in the game chat, because many miss that step;
- make content your audience already watches: GTA RP and SAMP clips have a ready crowd, and Rio Rise lets that crowd play from a phone.
Small channels can apply too. By default you are paid for players from the Philippines, so if a big part of your audience is abroad, agree on it with your manager first.
Program terms at a glance
Joining: free, no follower minimum, code issued after approval.
- Lead: a new player who activates your code and plays 120 minutes in the first 30 days.
- Standard rate: US$ 1.87 per lead.
- Individual rate: can rise to US$ 2.89 if the players you bring stay active, and can also go down. Rates are reviewed every 30 days.
- Fake accounts and bots are filtered out automatically and never reach your balance.

How to get your money to GCash or Maya
Payouts go out every Thursday. Withdrawal requests are open from Wednesday 10:00 to Thursday 10:00 (GMT-3), which is Wednesday 9:00 PM to Thursday 9:00 PM Philippine time. Leads are checked before payment, usually within 14 days, so the first payout takes some patience.
You receive pesos through local methods: GCash or Maya. The route is the Garna wallet: you verify your identity in Garna once, then choose the method you already use every day. The minimum withdrawal is US$ 20.
What is not allowed
Codes are promoted outside the game: videos, streams, social media, your own chats, or in person. These will get leads cancelled and can cost you the partner account:
- sharing your code inside the game, whether in chat, private messages or character names;
- duplicate accounts or bots;
- paying people to sign up;
- spamming other people's groups or comment sections;
- pretending to be an official Rio Rise channel or account.
How to start in 3 steps
- Apply for free on the Rio Rise partner program page and wait for approval.
- Pick up your personal promo code in the dashboard.
- Share the code with friends outside the game, ask them to type /promo CODE as soon as they start, then track your leads in the dashboard.
Quick questions
Do my friends have to spend money for me to get paid?
No. A lead is based on playtime: the code activated and 120 minutes within the first 30 days.
Why isn't a lead showing in my dashboard yet?
Stats update once a day, and your friend has to finish the 120 minutes first. If they had already played more than 2 hours before entering the code, it can no longer be activated.
Can I use my own code on a second account?
No. Duplicate accounts are banned and filtered automatically, so they never reach your balance.
Where do I ask for help?
Partner support is on Telegram at @affiliateriorise, or through a ticket on Discord.
The short version
Rio Rise gives regular players a clear way to earn from something they already do: getting friends into a free GTA and SAMP style RP game on their phones. A personal code, payment per active player, payouts every Thursday to GCash or Maya. If you want to try it, join the Rio Rise partner program and start with the group chat you already have.
