UniPin features a USD 3,000 (around PHP 150,000) prize pool for its SEA Genshin Impact Cosplay Competition, which will take place from October to November 2021.
This cosplay event is open to cosplayers, anime lovers, or Genshin Impact cosplayers from four Southeast Asian countries, including the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
UniPin Community will invite four professional cosplayers from various Southeast Asian countries to serve as judges. Clarissa Punipun (Indonesia), Rikka Blurhound (Malaysia), Thames Malerose (Thailand), Prince de Guzman, and Awie de Guzman (Philippines) are the event’s judges.
To enter, participants must portray one of their favorite Genshin Impact characters and submit a minimum of three photos taken from various angles/poses.
Furthermore, participants may submit additional photos and videos, which will earn them extra points in the judges’ assessment. Costumes for cosplay can be homemade or custom-made.
The participants in this international Genshin Impact cosplay competition will compete for a total prize pool of USD 3,000 or PHP 150,000, divided into several categories, including SEA Best Cosplay, Best Male and Female Cosplay by country, and eight best cosplayers chosen by the judges.
The SEA Cosplay Competition will provide an opportunity for Genshin Impact players to express themselves and familiarize themselves with the characters they have played.
Moreover, the collaboration between UniPin and miHoYo’s Genshin Impact will facilitate the Genshin Impact players in all affiliated regions to top up Genesis Crystal easily using their preferred method.
