Google has released a beta of Google Play Games to Windows PCs. This app allows Windows PC users to play famous Android games like Mobile Legends, State of Survival, Summoners War, Idle Heroes, Three Kingdoms Tactics, and Asphalt 9.
The limited beta test of the Google Play Games for Windows OS platform is being tested in Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan. Users from these select countries in East Asia will be able to sign up to access the beta and download Google’s standalone app on Windows PCs.
Google Play Games is a PC program that lets players browse, download, and play select mobile games on a Windows desktop or laptop. Apart from playing their favorite Android games on a PC, they’ll also have access to a keyboard and mouse, seamless sync across multiple devices, and integration with Google Play Points.
The minimum system requirements for Google Play Games beta are as follows:
- Windows 10 (v2004)
- Solid-state drive (SSD)
- Gaming-class GPU
- 8 logical cores of CPU
- 8 GB of RAM
- 20 GB of available storage space
- Windows admin account
- Hardware virtualization (turned on)
- Compatible PC device and configuration
This feature enables users to sync their progress across multiple devices, whether a tablet, smartphone, or personal computer.
The official release date of Google Play Games will vary among regions. It will roll out to more areas later in 2022 and beyond.
