During the first salvo of the grand finals match, Smart Omega lost the first two games in Hardpoint at Raid and Search and Destroy at Standoff but won the next three games in Domination at Firing Range, Hardpoint at Summit, and Search and Destroy at Raid, forcing a bracket reset. Continuing their momentum, Omega Esports beat fellow Filipino squad Blacklist Ultimate, 3-1, in the second series of grand finals match to secure the title.

With their championship win, Omega Esports pocketed a whopping USD 10,000 (around PHP 500,000) of the USD 25,000 prize pool. Meanwhile, Blacklist Ultimate placed second with a consolation prize of USD 45,000 (roughly PHP 235,000).
Jerrold “Woopiiee” Regay was named the Soldier Of The Game for both Grand Finals series. Woopie, regarded as one of the best COD Mobile snipers in the Philippines, had a nerve-racking ace on SnD at Raid, a pivotal round against Blacklist.
Omega’s path to victory was not an easy one. Earlier in the tournament, Blacklist crushed the team that relegated them to the lower bracket. They then bounced back by defeating Singapore’s ALMGHTY in order to face Blacklist, who had a twice-to-beat advantage.
Blacklist Ultimate has won the previous five tournaments preceding CODM Garena Masters II.
Smart Omega has reclaimed the top spot after a two-year absence. Together with Blacklist Ultimate, the squad makes the Philippines one of the region’s most formidable Garena CODM competitors.
