Globe has announced that it will be deactivating its old mobile apps throughout the year and will merge them into the new GlobeOne app to offer “a better and streamlined customer experience.”
According to Globe, with the GlobeOne app serving as the “ultimate digital tool” for Globe and TM subscribers, they “will no longer be overwhelmed by multiple apps for their different needs.”
Apps including TM, Globe At Home, and old GlobeOne are scheduled to be deactivated this year, whereas the Switch and Rewards app was incorporated into the new GlobeOne app in November 2021.
Head of Digital Product Execution and Operations at Globe, Patrick Dela Cruz, said unifying their Globe apps enhances the way they interact with their customers.
Dela Cruz also added that beyond the empowerment they strive to provide through their continuous innovation, they believe this is a huge step towards their vision of being a catalyst for a better, more digitally-enabled Philippines.
Globe Telecom launched the New GlobeOne app in August 2021 to significantly improve the mobile experience of its subscribers.
The New GlobeOne App enables customers to view, monitor, and manage all their Globe Postpaid and Prepaid, Home Prepaid WiFi, Rewards, and TM accounts under a single application.
Moreover, subscribers can buy or share Prepaid Load and Promos, pay bills, enjoy gifts and discounts, earn and redeem exciting rewards, subscribe to exclusive promos, and get customer support.
