Sibol on Wednesday announced that RSG Philippines, Blacklist International, and Omega Esports got direct invitations for the national team qualifiers for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) event in the 2022 International Esports Federation (IESF) World Championship.
Omega, on the other hand, won the MSC 2021 under the Execration banner before immediately joining the Smart-backed team. They are also runners-up in MPL PH Season 9, losing to RSG Philippines in the finals.
Smart Omega also settled for a third-place finish in MSC 2022.
The IESF World Esports Championship 2022 will be held in Bali, Indonesia.
Team Sibol will be participating in the tournament for the first time.
