CODMAS Event Overview
This holiday season, get ready to face off against the terrifying Santa Gnaws in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (Multiplayer & Zombies) and Call of Duty: Warzone. Take on this formidable foe and enjoy festive new maps, challenges, modes, and rewards. It's the perfect way to celebrate the season of giving while battling it out in your favorite game.
The CODMAS event takes place from December 20, 2023, at 2 AM to January 4, 2024, at 12 AM (Philippine Time) and includes a limited-time event challenge, special in-game activities, and map updates.
Santa's Slayground (MW3 Multiplayer & Zombies and Call of Duty Warzone)
The Santa's Slayground in-game event presents a challenging opportunity to showcase your skills. By completing up to eight challenges, you can earn prizes that are sure to exceed your expectations. These prizes include consumable items and an array of cosmetics, such as the "Christmas Skulls" Calling Card, the "Elfsecution" Finishing Move, and the Weapon Blueprint/Operator Skin.

Themed Maps and Limited Modes in Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer
CODMAS introduces holiday-themed map reskins with Shipmas and Hangover, along with Infectious Holiday and Snowfight, as a twist on two fan-favorite party modes.
Shipmas: Pack your ugly sweater and head to the frozen sea in Shipment's cold-weather version. Stay alert to avoid becoming another frozen body in storage.
Hangover: To celebrate the New Year, come battle on MW3's winter-themed Highrise decked with festive lights, garlands, and flair. The battle takes place at night, adding a new gameplay experience.
New Limited-Time Modes
Infectious Holiday: Play Infected in a lobby stuffed with Santa Claus Operators. Players who are infected will assume the guise of the Zombie Santa Skin. Use your festive spirit along with combat skills to survive against the undead menace.
Snowfight: In this iteration of Gunfight, the first two rounds are determined through a snowball fight. The snowballs are powerful, so it is important to be agile and move quickly. There is a yellow snowball located in the center of the map, which can instantly eliminate your opponent. Once the regular Loadouts return in the third round, players can still collect snowballs that are scattered throughout the map.

Discover new seasonal enemy models and updated infiltration music while collecting snowballs around the map. Use them to launch deadly attacks.
Slay Ride Resurgence Arrives in Call of Duty Warzone
Participate in the CODMAS event by playing the Slay Ride Resurgence Playlist, where you can decorate trees and battle Santa on the seasonal train to earn high-quality loot.
Slay Ride: Board the train traveling through Urzikstan to take down Santa, win powerful in-game loot, and earn an emblem proving your prowess.
Deck the Halls: In the game mode Slay Ride Resurgence, you can deploy to one of six capture points marked on the Tac Map. These capture points are decorated with Deck the Halls tree themes. You can find high-tier gear near these capture points right at the beginning of the match. To start the festive decorating, you need to stand near the tree with no opponents nearby. You can upgrade the tree to Tier 2 or fully decorate it to Tier 3. This will improve the value of the loot you receive. The more decorated your tree is, the better weapons, Killstreaks, and in-game Cash you will earn.

New Year, New Event: Face the Vortex
Join the Vortex event to fight through Tetanus, Satan's Quarry, and Sporeyard maps and earn 15 rewards.
Tetanus: In this alternate version of Rust, Operators become stranded in a surreal desert during a planetary storm. Neon-green strips of light are attached to the infrastructure, adding to the sci-fi atmosphere of the battle.
Satan's Quarry: Enter this fiery pit only if you dare, where colossal chains pierce the skies, leading to a hellish destination for the brave.
Sporeyard: The legendary boneyard seems to be under the influence of a fungal infestation. This is evident from the glowing blue flora that is now spreading throughout the area. The source of this infestation appears to be the towering toadstools that surround the borders of the boneyard.
The Vortex event will start on January 4, 2024, after CODMAS, and it will end on January 18, 2024.
