Seven major telecommunications companies, including Globe, Singtel, AIS, HKT, Optus, Telkomsel, and Taiwan Mobile, have joined forces to launch a unique cross-border rewards program. The program is designed to provide more benefits to eligible customers when they travel to the countries where the participating telcos are based. These countries include the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia, Indonesia, and Taiwan.
The cross-border telco rewards program will enable travelers to earn and use rewards. They can claim and redeem unique deals for transportation, dining, merchandise, services, and other incentives when traveling to any of the markets covered by the program. Additionally, they can access customer support from their telco through calls or online while overseas free of charge.
The program, which will be gradually rolled out in the second half of 2024, will allow customers to easily access and redeem exclusive benefits without any hassle from their respective telco mobile apps while traveling.
According to Globe Telecom, the cross-border rewards program is the latest addition to the suite of travel offerings from GOMO PH.
GOMO PH offers roaming services to its customers in more than 160 destinations worldwide. Customers can select from various promotional offers that suit their travel destination and duration of stay. They can also swap their local GBs of data for international GBs through 'Mo Creds, all with the help of the GOMO PH app. With GOMO Roam, every trip is made more enjoyable and convenient for customers with seamless and hassle-free service.

Likewise, customers of these partner networks, when traveling to Thailand, and choosing AIS services, will receive special privileges prepared by AIS, akin to being AIS customers.
