Customers may access exclusive promos, rewards, and online chat support and manage their accounts anytime, anywhere.

The DITO App demonstrated its convenience to an even greater extent throughout the nationwide implementation of the SIM Registration Act (Republic Act 11934) by the Philippine government. After SRA regulations were implemented, the DITO App made it easy and safe for subscribers to register their SIM cards, protecting them from SIM card-related crimes like online scams, personalized text scams, smishing, fraud, fake news, and identity theft.
Additionally, DITO introduced its innovative mobile postpaid plans via the DITO App in June 2023.
