Mobile Legends Esports third-party support features launched

MOONTON Games has partnered with Battlefy, Challonge, and Toornament to launch support features for third-party Mobile Legends: Bang Bang esports. Check out more details below.

The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Esports community received an enormous upgrade.

MOONTON Games, in collaboration with Battlefy, Challonge, and Toornament, three globally renowned tournament platforms, introduced a new set of support features designed to make third-party MLBB tournaments more accessible than ever before.

Located on the recently introduced MLBB Third-Party Tournament website (https://ift.tt/zaVGRcM), the features consist of a "Major Community Tournament License Application" that enables larger esports events to obtain supplementary support and resources and a "MLBB Tournament Tool" that facilitates the organization of small-scale tournaments.

Ray Ng, Head of Esports Ecosystem at MOONTON Games, said:
Our third-party partners and esports event organisers are key pillars of our esports ecosystem as they represent the strength of our community. Our new support features reflect our two-pronged approach – to simplify the tournament hosting process and reduce barriers to entry, as well as empower them with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to thrive.

The proprietary "MLBB Tournament Tool" provides tournament organizers with instant access to tournament registration with a single click. The organizer will then have the ability to extend invitations to players to the lobby through the use of a unique QR code scan or the input of a unique tournament ID code. In the past, event organizers were required to manually acquire the user IDs of every participant and add them as friends prior to adding them to the game lobby.

"Major Community Tournament License Application" is a process by which organizers of large-scale esports events may request enhanced support. After processing, additional resources will be unlocked, including access to a server with all heroes and emblems unlocked, official certification to utilize the MLBB logo, and marketing support on official MLBB channels.

This collaboration, according to MOONTON Games, offers organizers seamless integration with the "MLBB Tournament Tool." Organizers can now easily host MLBB esports activities on Challonge, Battlefy, and Toornament without manually managing matches and communications. In the near future, an enhanced integration with Challonge will be available.

Ray Ng added:
Our end-game is to empower third-party organisers to the point that they are able to operate self-sufficiently and independently. This launch is just the beginning; we will continue to invest into and collaborate with our community to shape the future of competitive gaming.
