Level Infinite has revealed the details for the upcoming Honor of Kings (HoK) Invitational Season 2 Southeast Asia (SEA) Qualifier, which will start on May 24, 2024.
HoK Invitational S2 SEA Qualifier - Overview
The qualifier will pit top squads from Southeast Asia, including those from the Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Malaysia, against one another for the opportunity to earn five positions in the forthcoming Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2.
Five winning teams will be granted the opportunity to compete against the finest teams in the world for a share of the USD 300,000 prize pool and a guaranteed spot in the USD 3M Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason at this summer's Esports World Cup.
The Invitational Season 2 Southeast Asia Qualifier showcases Level Infinite's continued commitment to expanding the Honor of Kings esports ecosystem, as evidenced by a series of noteworthy announcements. Level Infinite announced a USD 15M investment early this year with the intention of expanding Honor of King's global competitive presence, beginning with the Honor of Kings Global Invitational Series. Since then, Level Infinite has hosted the Honor of Kings Invitational Season One event in Istanbul, Turkey, in March and partnered with the Esports World Cup to feature the Honor of Kings.

HoK Invitational S2 SEA Qualifier - Format
From May 24 to 26, 2024, teams will compete in the Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2 Southeast Asia Qualifier, which will be divided into four divisions. Regions of Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines will compete in their respective groups, whereas Myanmar and Cambodia will compete as a singular combined group.
The winner of each group will secure a spot at the Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2, while the teams that finish second and third, respectively, will advance to the last-chance Qualifier Finals in June 2024. The format of each match in the qualifiers will be best-of-three (Bo3), whereas the Finals will follow best-of-five (Bo5).
