Call of Duty: Mobile's Garena Elite Philippines (GEP) 2026 is entering its Group Stage this weekend (April 18-19), spotlighting the next generation of Filipino esports talent.
Following nationwide open qualifiers, 38 teams remain across Multiplayer (MP) and Battle Royale (BR), competing for a 40,000 USD (around 2.3M PHP) prize pool and a spot in the offline Grand Finals on May 23.
This year marks a milestone as the first local CODM LAN event in the Philippines to feature both game modes, highlighting the depth of grassroots talent in the scene. GEP is part of the CODM Garena Summer Festival 2026, culminating in a two-day live esports weekend at the SMX Aura Convention Center, with the regional Garena Summer Invitational Grand Finals set on May 24.
GEP 2026 Battle Royale
From 394 teams, 30 make it to the Battle Royale Group Stage. They are top performers in six qualifier categories. Among them are RIGID TSG, LEAP UNBOUND, and 4Kings, all of which are trying to reach the finals.
Here are the formats and dates (all in GMT+8) of each stage.
- Group Stage: April 18 to 19, 12 PM to 4:30 PM
- Double round robin with combined group lobbies, comprising 20-team matches per map. Each round features Blackout and Isolated.
- Playoffs: May 9 to 10
- Top 20 teams fight across eight maps.
- Offline Grand Finals: May 23
- Top 10 teams battle it out across six maps to crown the champion.
GEP 2026 Multiplayer
Eight teams remain out of the 128 teams that participated in the three-day qualifiers. The participating squads competing in the Group Stage are AMG NOCTURNAL, ELUNARI X, Kingsmen, ROGUE 6, DIVINITY, GENESIS, SKAERI, and MG OBLIVION.
Formats and dates (all in GMT+8) of each stage are as follows.
- Group Stage: April 18 to 19, 5 PM to 11 PM; April 20 to 23, 7 PM to 11 PM
- Single round robin, Best-of-3 (Bo3). Top 4 will advance to the grand finals.
- Offline Playoffs and Grand Finals: May 23
- Playoffs, single elimination bracket. Matches feature Bo3 across Hardpoint, Search & Destroy, and Control. In the semi-finals, Seed #1 will face off against Seed #4, and Seed #2 will confront Seed #3. Winners will move to the Grand Final, where the MP champion will be crowned.
Summer Festival 2026
GEP 2026 is a feature of Call of Duty Mobile Garena Summer Festival, which engages Filipino gamers during the holidays with community activations, esports, and in-game content.
The Garena Summer Invitational (GSI) 2026 Grand Finals will follow the GEP Grand Finals on May 24, creating a two-day live event for fans on the festival's final weekend. Fans can also expect "Hotspot Attacks," nationwide on-ground activations on April 25, May 2, and May 9 at places announced on official social media channels.
