Moonton Games revealed more information about the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid Season Cup (MSC) 2024, which will be featured in the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Check out the full schedule, tournament format, in-game activities, and a new Epic skin for Valentina below.
MSC 2024: Tournament Overview
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid Season Cup 2024 has unveiled the full details of its first-ever Wild Card stage.
As part of the Esports World Cup, the Wild Card will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from June 28 to 30. Eight (8) teams will compete for a single spot in the MSC 2024 Group Stage. Sixteen (16) international teams will battle it out on the largest mid-year Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) stage to date at the MSC 2024, which will also be held in Riyadh.
Under the theme #SeeTheWorld, the rebranded MSC 2024 (previously known as MLBB Southeast Asia Cup) has broadened its global reach to a broader international community in order to create unforgettable experiences together. The MSC 2024 is the inaugural title to debut at the Esports World Cup and will include a massive prize pool of USD 3 million to celebrate the partnership as it expands beyond Southeast Asia.
MSC 2024: Wild Card
The inaugural Wild Card stage will split eight (8) teams into two groups to play a single round-robin best-of-one (BO1) match. The matches start at 11 AM (GMT+3) on June 28 and 29, 2024.
The top team from each group will enter Phase 2 of the Wild Card – scheduled on June 30, at 1 PM (GMT+3) and 6 PM (GMT+8) – to play a best-of-five (BO5) match. The winner of the second phase will advance to the MSC 2024 Group Stage. Meanwhile, the seven other teams will be eliminated.
MSC 2024: Group Stage and Knockout Stage
In the Group Stage, the world's top 16 Mobile Legends teams, including the Wild Card Stage winner, will be divided into four (4) groups – A, B, C, and D. From July 3 to 7, 2024, each group will play a single round-robin BO2 match, wherein the top two ranked teams per group will proceed to the Knockout Stage. The two lowest-ranked squads per group will bid goodbye to their Knockout contention.
For the Knockout Stage, the top team for each group will compete with the top 2 teams of the other groups. All matches will follow a best-of-five (BO5) format and will start at 11 AM (GMT+3) or 4 PM (GMT+8) daily. Meanwhile, the Grand Finals Day will be a best-of-seven (BO7), set on July 14 at 1 PM (GMT+3) or 6 PM (GMT+8, Philippine Time).

To get the Dark Nexus Valentina skin for free, complete all in-game tasks and guess correctly between June 26 and July 16, 2024.
To join the event, just open your Mobile Legends game and tap the MSC 2024 event icon. For 719 diamonds (with a 20 percent discount included), you can purchase an MSC pass, get the Valentina epic skin, and earn MSC event coins.
Moreover, players can purchase the MSC Treasure Box and receive gifts such as the Inspiring Flag. The Inspiring Flag can be activated during the ranked hero selection phase to earn more MSC coins at the end of the game. After opening a specific number of treasure boxes, players can also acquire the Pharsa Hierophant Skin from the Treasure box.
Further, ML players can join a new knockout tournament guessing game. Just predict the complete knockout tournament advancement chart after the Group Stage. Those who make more correct guesses will receive better rewards.
In addition, fans can receive login gifts for the last two days of MSC 2024 from July 13 to 14. All Mobile Legends players from MSC 2024 champion countries/regions can receive 100 percent EXP rewards and the MSC Champion Treasure box from July 15 to 21.
