HoYoFair Program 2024: Overview

The upcoming program is anticipated to be twice as long as the previous programs, with a duration of over two hours. It will include over 25 performances and animated short films.

Moreover, this program embodies the ingenious creativity, dedicated endeavors, and shared enthusiasm of over 300 fans and content creators in order to provide Genshin Impact's global community with even more enjoyable and memorable moments.

Some of the fan-favorite series from past HoYoFair programs, which garnered millions of clicks, will be returning with new episodes: Dillongoo's "If Genshin had a Cyberpunk Anime: Progenitor" series, which recorded over 20 million views with its intricate plot, will debut its fourth episode. No_Tables' fan animations, which were previously successful with "Times Changed" and "Ranked Daycare," are currently being developed into a series, with a new side episode on the horizon. Additionally, the producers of "LURE - OH MY MY" (2023) are preparing to release another K-pop group-style music video at HoYoFair 2024.

Professionally produced derivative works will also be featured at HoYoFair 2024. The second installment of "Moonlit Bamboo Forest," which was previously nominated for an award at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival earlier this year, will be directed by David Pagaille and produced by the award-winning studio PASSION Paris. Furthermore, the Chinese Voice Actor of Aether has been extended an invitation to perform at HoYoFair.

HoYoFair has been coordinating a variety of online and offline opportunities since 2021 to assist in the promotion of the works of talented content creators and fan communities, as well as to reach a broader audience that encompasses a diverse range of languages and backgrounds. This year, the New Year and Spring HoYoFair 2024 Special Programs have garnered more than 100 million views.

For the uninitiated, HoYoFair is a compilation of fan works that are derived from HoYoverse IPs, including Genshin Impact. A diverse array of fan art, as well as creators and gamers from around the globe who participate in multilingual interactions and creations, can be found here. In this program, individuals are allowed to express their enthusiasm for games. Creators sponsored by HoYoFair are responsible for the production of all content featured in the program. HoYoverse noted that these are all secondary creations and do not accurately reflect the game's content and character design.
