From September 19 to 22, 2024, Smart App is having a 4-day Anniversary celebration. Log in to the Smart App to join the Scratch game. All Smart App subscribers (Smart, TNT, Smart Bro, PLDT Home Wifi, Smart Postpaid, Smart Bro Postpaid) can get a chance to win new Gadgets, Data, Points, and More.

How to access the scratch card game on the Smart App?
You can access it through the following ways:
- Pop-up modal upon logging in
- Tap the "For You" banner
- Tap the "Win amazing prizes" box on top of your account card.
How do I play?
Login to the Smart App on September 19 - 22 to play the scratch game. Scratch the 4 tiles, and if you get 3 (three) of a kind, you win a prize.
What are the Mechanics?
- The scratch card game will start at 00:01H on the 19th until 23:59H on the 22nd of September 2024 (once per day)
- Log in to your Smart App account.
- You get to play the scratch game once (1) per day. Match 3 (three) of a kind on the scratch card to win a prize.
- You need to play the scratch card game, or you will forfeit your chance to play for the day.
- The number of scratch cards and prizes is limited.
- Once you've won your prize, you will be redirected to a congratulatory page and be shown instructions on how to claim your prize. Prizes may take up to 24 hours to be credited to your Smart App account. You will also receive an SMS confirmation once credited.
How do I get my prizes?
The method of claiming will depend on the specific prizes you have won.
Claiming method for Data and Points:
- Based on the GigaPoints you won (either 9 or 19 Points), it will be awarded to you within 24 hours. You will receive an SMS confirmation once credited. You may also check it via recent transactions.
- The 100 MB Data will be awarded within 24 hours when you win. You may go to recent transactions to view the successful crediting.
Claiming method for gadgets:
- You will receive an SMS notification within 24 hours to confirm the prize you won.
- You will be contacted by a Smart representative starting September 25, 2024 on the winning number you used on the Smart App.
- For SmartBro Prepaid or PLDT Home Wifi, you will be contacted on the secondary MIN that you used to register on the Smart App.
- You must provide your full name and shipping address for the delivery of the item.
- Failure to confirm delivery within 60 days will forfeit the prize.
- After the call-out, the item will be delivered via courier (within 15 working days).
- You shall present any valid government ID, company ID or school ID for verification based on the information provided during the call-out. Subscriber will be asked to sign an acknowledgement receipt or waybill as proof of receipt.
- Winners of 5G (Honor 200 5G & ZTE A75 Blade 5G) phones will be announced to the Smart Communications, Inc. Facebook page.
Claiming of voucher codes (may take up to 24 hrs to credit)

- At the cart, tap "Apply a voucher".
- Enter voucher code from Smart App.
- Check out your cart.
- Complete order.

- Go to the Viu app or viu.com and click on Redeem Code.
- You may also visit bit.ly/viuredeem to enter the redemption portal.
- Input the 16-digit code provided to you and follow the instructions to avail of your Viu Premium subscription.
