Carl Cruz, Globe's president and CEO, said:
By expanding our network infrastructure, we are unlocking access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities for millions of Filipinos. Globe remains steadfast in working with industry partners and the government to ensure inclusive digital access.

Globe GFiber Prepaid (GFP) became popular for its user-friendly approach, appealing to SEC D households that prefer no contracts or large upfront payments. It offers a simple setup and easy-to-manage reloadable options through the GlobeOne app. Most users can load their internet every 3 to 4 weeks, ensuring connectivity without high costs. Unlike postpaid plans, this prepaid fiber service prioritizes flexibility and budget-friendly access.

According to Globe, this focus on customer satisfaction clearly has an impact. GFiber Prepaid received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 67, significantly higher than the Telco Industry average of 31. This shows that users value both the high speed and the overall prepaid fiber experience. Customers like the convenience and control it provides, making it a popular choice for many Filipino households.

Further, Globe is offering subscribers more ways to reload GFiber Prepaid through AutoLoadMax (AMAX) and ECPay.

Meanwhile, Globe is expanding its 5G WiFi via Fixed Wireless Access (FWA). In areas where fiber simply isn't feasible, particularly in underserved communities, this technology enables the delivery of fast, dependable internet. This strategy improves overall service quality by offloading traffic from Globe's mobile network and helping to cover areas without fiber connectivity.

Globe has outlined its goal for 2025, "expand access, deepen engagement, and enhance the customer experience." This approach, as per the telco, guarantees improved internet connectivity tailored to the needs of both new and existing users.

Moreover, Globe aims to bridge the digital divide in remote PH areas. In order to provide residents of 100 additional Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs) with access to digital services that were previously unavailable, fiber connectivity is being introduced. By the end of this year, Globe plans to expand its cell site coverage in these areas from 600 to 700, boosting connectivity for more Filipinos.
