Free Fire is celebrating its 8th anniversary, and the battle royale game's party kicks off this Friday, June 20, 2025, and runs until July 13, developer Garena announced.
Under the theme "Infinity and Celebration," the month-long event invites players to dive into new gameplay modes, show off their creativity, and enjoy exciting rewards — all inspired by the infinite energy of the Möbius strip and the ∞ symbol.

During the 8th anniversary, players can access a new Infinity Ring battle arena, earn Infinity Items, and visit Free Fire's first customizable lobby. Battle Royale players can also get Infinity Airdrops and Cakes to satisfy their gameplay needs until the full event opens this Friday.
Biggest Reward Drop in 2025
On June 20, unlock free, fashionable, and limited-time rewards. These include the "Beyond Infinity Male Bundle," a train conductor-themed skin inspired by Infinity. This fashion item is the event's big prize and can be earned through in-game missions.
Further, get the community-favorite "Gloo Wall - 8th Anniversary." This vibrantly colored player-created design of Kelly in an anime style won over hundreds of entries. This item can be obtained by participating in the preheat event from June 18 to 19 or teaming up with other players in the Gloo Wall Relay, a cherished anniversary mode returning from June 20 to July 13.
Other limited-edition rewards comprise an 8th-anniversary emote and a battle card.
New Mode: Battle for Infinity
Enter Free Fire's Battle Royale (BR) mode on themed Infinity trains instead of airplanes for the anniversary celebrations.
These special trains will return to eight map stops. Two trains with one team each will be active at any time. Players must move quickly and compete for a station to board and reach the Infinity Ring, an interactive 8th anniversary-exclusive battle zone.
In this arena, claim Infinity Items to gain strong abilities like deployment of unlimited Gloo Wall for high-momentum plays, Revival Cards to protect gear upon respawn, and Inhalers and Upgrade Chips to stay ahead in battle. Every drop now has more tension and tactical depth.
Clash Squad Gets Two Gameplay Updates
Two anniversary-exclusive additions are coming to Clash Squad (CS) mode:
- Infinity Items (Gloo Maker, Inhalers, and Upgrade Chips) – can be unlocked by accumulating points
- Special Infinity Train Rounds – fast-paced, high-reward gameplay
One of three Special Infinity Train Rounds will appear in Clash Squad matches, each with a unique advantage:
- Collect movement speed, damage, and HP recovery as the Boost Express arrives.
- New Infinity weapons will arrive on the Weapon Express.
- The Gloo Wall Express carries Gloo Wall fragments to help players withstand enemy attacks.
Customizable Train Lobby
A fully configurable train lobby is coming to Free Fire for the first time. Decorate your train with themed train skins, personal achievement boards, sky and ground customizations, and visual effects.
Moreover, generate unique train designs with an in-game AI tool that integrates your own character outfits.
Infinity-themed Anniversary Collectibles
More collectibles will be available in Luck Royale Events. These will mix nostalgia with new, themed designs.
- Top Criminal (Golden): The fan-favorite Criminal series in dazzling gold. This legendary outfit stands out for new and long-time fans because it changes color and texture when players run in-game.
- New Evo P90 Gilded Corrosion: The first P90 Evo weapon in Free Fire increases battle immersion with enhanced visuals and effects.
- 8th Anniversary Unlimited Train-themed outfits: Male and female character bundles for Free Fire-style combat.
On June 20, 2025, Free Fire's 8th-anniversary theme song will be released. "Infinity," the cyber-mixed pop-rock track, captures game highlights and evokes emotion. The animation video also honors iconic bundles that will be reimagined in Infinity for this occasion. At the end of the video, fans and gamers can see a shadowy, classic ninja silhouette, an Easter egg for the weeks ahead.
