Crossfire: Legends – Regional Beta Test
Before the official launch and return of the mobile first-person shooter game in Southeast Asia in H2 2025, the developer conducted a closed beta test, giving players in the region a head start.
CF Legends SEA Beta Test Overview
- Schedule: July 23, 3 PM – August 22, 5 PM (UTC+8)
- Countries: Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand
- Available to download on both iOS (via TestFlight) and Android (Google Play Store) starting from 10 AM on July 17
What can we expect during the beta phase?
- Competitive modes: Team Deathmatch, Search & Destroy, Free-for-All, Melee-Only, and Sniper-Only (mid-beta)
- 13 classic maps, including Desert, Transport Ship, and Black Widow
- Return of iconic weapons, such as AK47-Mulan, M4A1-Iron Beast, and AK47-Beast
- Unlock legendary characters: Switcher, Fox Howl, ULP, MOS, Mulan, White Wolf, and more
- A Battle Pass, which comes with tiered missions and redeemable in-game rewards
- A strict anti-cheat system for fair play

Note that players who buy CFM coins during beta can enter the Top-up bonus event. Your top-up amount during beta will determine your freebies in the open beta launch. Only Android users can use this top-up option due to platform restrictions.

Level Infinite, Tencent's gaming brand, earlier announced that Crossfire Legends, the highly anticipated mobile first-person shooter (FPS), will return to Southeast Asia (SEA), particularly in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. The game boasts a big fanbase in China, top-tier revenue, and strong user sentiment ahead of its H2 2025 SEA launch.
Crossfire (CF) Legends is the global adaptation of China's top mobile shooter and an FPS fan favorite. The game is a sophisticated, high-performance FPS designed for mobile by TiMi Studio Group, published by Level Infinite, and licensed by the South Korean firm Smilegate.
Crossfire Legends is reconfigured for mobile play, bringing the PC version's core mechanics and tactical gameplay. Search & Destroy (S&D) and Team Deathmatch (TDM) are fast-paced multiplayer modes with small maps and short respawn rules that emphasize skill-based matches. Further, CF Legends offers control layouts, gyroscope calibration, and aim sensitivity, and has optimized performance on mobile devices, thanks to the Unity engine.
