Moonton unveiled the group draw results of the MLBB Mid Season Cup (MSC) at Esports World Cup (EWC) 2025, grouping teams for the Main Stage. Check out more details about the tournament's group brackets below.
Virtus.pro (VP), representing the Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) region, secured the 16th and final spot on the Main Stage after they beat the Chinese team Rare Atom, 3-1, in the Wild Card Finals on July 13.
2025 MSC at EWC's Main Stage will take place from July 23 to August 2 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. During this event, VP will compete with 15 of the best Mobile Legends teams in the world for the championship title. The prize pool is an impressive USD 3,000,000 (roughly PHP 170M).

Below are all the teams qualified for the MSC at EWC 25, sorted by their respective groups.

From July 23 to 27, sixteen of the world's best Mobile Legends teams will compete in the Group Stage, where they are divided into two groups and compete in a Best-of-Three (BO3), double-elimination format.

To recap, the Group Stage draw occurred right after the Wild Card Finals, with VP facing defending MSC champions, Malaysia's Selangor Red Giant OG Esports, thanks to their Wild Card win. Can their underdog spirit help them overcome these tough opponents?
The first three matches in Group A, dubbed The Group of Death, will feature MLBB Professional League (MPL) champions Team Liquid Philippines, ONIC ID, and SRG.
On the other hand, Group B includes the reigning MLBB M6 world champions, ONIC PH, and popular team RRQ Hoshi. ONIC PH aims to bounce back after losing the MPL PH title in Season 15 to Team Liquid.
