Magic Chess: Go Go (MCGG) is turning up the heat this month with Season 3: Cosmic Traders, launching on August 20, 2025. Expect futuristic Hero of Aspirants and Metro Zero skins, revamped synergies, a new Go Go Auction system, regional leaderboard, two commanders, and the game's first-ever global tournament.

With this latest season, our goal is to keep things fun for players while giving them deeper strategic choices to explore. We want our players to feel challenged and satisfied every time they step onto the Chessboard. By integrating Aspirants and Metro Zero into the MCGG universe, we're bringing fan-favorite MLBB [Mobile Legends: Bang Bang] elements to bridge both gaming IPs. These updates allow us to continuously evolve the game to keep that excitement alive.
New Synergies and Skins
Aspirants, Luminexus, Metro Zero, Shadowcell, and Starwing are new synergies in MCGG Season 3. These replace the original lineup, and each synergy offers unique effects that change how you play on the battlefield.
Use these synergies to obtain hero skins for free starting August 20. Take your strategy to the stars with anime-themed Aspirants and sleek Metro Zero skins.
New Go Go Auction System
The updated Go Go Auction replaces the first stage of the old Go Go Box. Enter the Auction Arena to bid on eight valuable items with power-ups that boost battlefield domination. Bid aggressively during the auction countdown, but opponents have three chances to outbid you. Otherwise, spend 20 Gold to become the auction king and own the item. Players can only own 1 item and not bid for another, so choose wisely.
Lift your paddle, outwit your opponents, and conquer the Auction Arena like a champion.
New Commander Ranking System and Global Tournament
This season, competition will be expanded. The new commander ranking system in Magic Chess Go Go lets players grow from local legends to international stars. Rank up on district, city, province, country, and global leaderboards.
Moreover, Season 3 introduces MCGG's first global tournament, inviting all participants to battle for fame. MOONTON Games' open and accessible tournament underscores its goal of creating a more connected and player-oriented competitive ecosystem. Tournament details will be announced later.
