Globe is adapting to Filipinos' changing needs, which was underscored by the introduction of reimagined touchpoints in onboarding, SIM care, customer support, and digital shopping.
The GlobeOne app has been upgraded to run smoother and faster—even on entry-level devices—while taking up less storage space. Guest Mode lets anyone, even non-customers, register SIMs, buy load, or get an eSIM without creating an account. And with in-app SIM care, users can replace, upgrade, or switch to an eSIM instantly, complete with secure validation and delivery tracking.

The GlobeOne app, the center of Globe's digital ecosystem, evolves to provide a seamless and inclusive experience. User feedback shaped its latest update, which improves speed, simplicity, and accessibility.

Guest Mode: Access GlobeOne Without Logging In
GlobeOne added Guest Mode, allowing non-Globe users to use essential services without an account. This seamless experience lets you register SIMs, buy load, subscribe to promos, and purchase an eSIM without visiting a store.
Guest Mode makes trying Globe services easy. This entry point into Globe's expanding digital ecosystem is designed to encourage Globe Prepaid and TM customers to go digital first.
SIM Care Updated: Replace, Upgrade, and Switch SIM In-App
Globe eliminated queues, paperwork, and delays by integrating SIM services into GlobeOne. Globe and TM subscribers can now replace their damaged SIM cards with delivery, various payment options, and instant activation.
Moreover, upgrade your SIM to 5G at any time with secure validation and delivery tracking. Or you can switch to an eSIM quickly for an eco-friendly option, if your smartphone supports it.

Beyond Connectivity
