The Honor of Kings (HOK) Bonds Update was launched on December 16, 2025, on iOS and Android. This new update introduces a new playable hero, Chicha. Also included in this patch are social features like a free voice changer and a collaboration with the Chinese anime series Lord of Mysteries. This collaboration features themed skins and events that will continue through early 2026.

HOK Bonds Update Overview
Until March 10, 2026, enjoy the first phase of the update, Bonds with Friends. Try out a variety of new features that aim to build connections within the community and make socializing more enjoyable.
Players can also use a free voice changer while teaming up with friends. Autotune gives all players a voice that fits their style. The new custom sticker system allows players to share popular memes, increasing fun and interaction in every match.
From December 16 to January 21, join the Dream Duo event, where you can easily share your highlight moments with the community. The top-ranked player will receive an exclusive "No. 1" display title.
Add to that, Honor of Kings will introduce a fast-paced, sociable 2v2 gameplay mode with no rank restrictions. This will strengthen player connections and create new alliances.
Chicha, New Jungler Hero
The new jungler and clash-lane fighter hero can switch between five weapons. When Chicha activates her ultimate skill, she gets a big boost to her movement and attack speed. She can then unleash quick strikes and go into Overkill Form to eliminate opponents from long range.
Spriteling, Your Buddy
December 17 to January 21, you will have a companion and comrade who fights by your side, Spriteling. At the beginning of each match, a skill selection screen for Spriteling will appear. This screen lets you choose one of three skills. The skill chosen will replace your seasonal gameplay skill for that game.
- Great Fireball: Spriteling unleashes an energy orb that splashes nearby enemies and deals huge magic damage to the target.
- Fat Stacks: The hero receives extra gold five times through Spriteling. Depending on the hero's level, the fifth trigger provides 30–66 coins. The first four triggers each give six coins.
- Royal Escort: Spriteling gives the hero a shield that can block one control effect for three seconds. The hero receives 0.5 seconds of Tenacity (control immunity) if the block is successful.
