And good news. Our very own Team Philippines (Sibol) secured its historic fourth consecutive gold medal in the men's category and seized a back-to-back silver finish in the women's category.

A historic moment for Sibol Men's, MLBB SEAG reigning champions. Team Philippines captured its fourth straight gold medal. The squad capped off their run with a clean 4-0 sweep against Malaysia in the best-of-seven (Bo7) gold medal match, going undefeated and not losing a single game throughout the entire event. This win also made jungle powerhouse Karl Gabriel "PHI_Nepomuceno" Nepomuceno the second two-time MLBB medalist in SEAG history. Malaysia finished as runner-up for the second consecutive time, and Indonesia bagged the bronze.

In the women's division, Team Malaysia won their first gold by defeating Team Philippines in the Bo7 Gold Medal match. With the score being 4-3, they gave Team Philippines their very first and only match loss in the entire tournament. At the previous 32nd SEA Games, Team MY clutched bronze, while Team PH also bagged silver.

The women's category, which debuted at the 32nd SEA Games' esports event in Cambodia, shows MOONTON Games' dedication to promoting diversity and gender inclusivity. By offering equal competitive chances and medal recognition for female esports athletes, Mobile Legends is breaking down barriers and creating role models for the next generation of girls in gaming.

Mobile Legends remains an official medal event in major multi-sport competitions, alongside traditional athletic disciplines. The MOBA game will also be part of the medal events at the forthcoming 2026 Asian Games.

The fight for control in the Land of Dawn will go on at the upcoming M7 World Championship. This tournament returns to Indonesia, the home of MLBB Esports. The seventh edition is expected to be the largest one yet. It will take place from January 3 to 25, 2026.

Recently, the M7 announced a significant partnership with the NBA. This collaboration with a top sports organization helps MOONTON Games place MLBB Esports among the biggest names in sports entertainment. The M7 also revealed the first Opening Ceremony for the M Series, which aims to showcase Indonesia on a global level. The event will transform Jakarta into a lively center for esports, inspired by the scale of major sporting events.

Congrats, Team PH Sibol! We are so proud of your successful MLBB SEAG 2025 run. Thanks for bringing gold and silver medals for our country. – PinoyTechSaga
