Check Civil Service Exam Rating Online (CSE-PPT) in 2026

How to Check Civil Service Exam Rating Online (CSE-PPT)

To CSE-PPT takers, I know you eagerly want to know your general rating. You can check your Civil Service Exam Rating online via OCSERGS (Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System). Checking of individual results for the recent Career Service Examination for the Paper-and-Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) [March 8, 2026], for the Professional and Sub-Professional levels, will be released on May 18 by the Philippine Civil Service Commission. Passed or failed, examinees can search for their names on the List of Passers (CSE-PPT March 2026), but they can't yet see their general rating or overall score there.

Getting your civil service exam result is very easy and convenient, as you'll only need to prepare the information you already have (examinee number, date of examination, type of exam, and the region number where you took the exam). All these will be required to complete the online form to process your rating. However, for those who took the CSE-PPT exam from March 18, 2018, till the present, the examinee number is not needed.

Here are the Steps to check your Civil Service Exam Score Results Online for CSE-PPT

Examinees, both passers and non-passers, can generate their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS). Scores of March 2026 takers are available on May 18. No reports of ratings will be sent via mail to individual examinees, CSC noted.

To use OCSERGS, fill in the required information accurately in the appropriate data fields, using the correct format.

Step 1. Open Chrome or your device's available web browser and go to https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/. (During the release of the recent exam results, expect that you will experience slow loading of the OCSERGS website due to the high number of visits, so patiently wait for the page to load.)

Step 2. Once you're on the OCSERGS form, fill out the following information:
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Ext. Name (if any)
  • Middle Initial (don't put a period)
  • Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY format)
  • Date of Examination
  • Type of Examination
  • CSC Office

Step 3. Check the 'CSC Privacy Policy' box and click the 'Submit' button.

Please make sure that you've entered the correct details to avoid redoing the steps.

After successfully entering your info, you will land on the NOTICE OF RATING page. At the top, you will see your full name and address. In the first paragraph, you can see your individual result (PASSED/FAILED) along with the general rating. Further, the table presents your scores in Verbal, Analytical, Numerical, and General Info.

The passing score for this challenging government exam is 80 percent. Congratulations, first-takers or re-takers, on passing the test. Even if you fail, the Civil Service Commission says you can take the CSE-PPT (Prof and SubProf) as many times as you want. While there is "no limit to the number of times" you can take the exam, CSC sets two requirements: you must be 18 years old and up and haven't taken the same level of exam within three months.

After the verification of your rating, you can now claim your Certificate of Eligibility.
