
Over 48K examinees have successfully passed the March 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for Professional and Subprofessional levels, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced today, May 5. The government agency also revealed the full list of passers and topnotchers for both levels.
Two key dates were also revealed by CSC. Starting May 18, checking of the recent CSE PPT ratings/scores/results on OCSERGS will be available. By June 11, those who passed the nerve-racking state exam can obtain their temporary Certificate of Eligibility (COE) on CSC letterhead for free.

According to the government agency, a total of 48,735 out of 307,489 examinees passed the recent civil service examination held in various testing centers across the Philippines, logging a 15.85 percent passing rate.
Breaking down the results:
- Prof level: 45,177 passers (16.18 percent of 279,265)
- SubProf level: 3,558 passers (12.49 percent of 28,482)
The eligibility examination was conducted on March 8, 2026, at sixteen CSC ROs (regional offices) nationwide: National Capital Region (NCR), Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON/MIMAROPA, Bicol, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, CARAGA, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
CSE-PPT Pro has 170 items, Sub-Pro 165. Core subjects comprise numerical and verbal abilities.
Test takers must meet academic and experience requirements for civil service jobs. The CSC said those who get at least an 80 percent score on the test will be eligible for a position in a government agency.
