
NetEase Games, maker of the asymmetrical survival horror game Identity V, announced the results of the Identity V 2026 Asian Games Version Qualifiers.
Representative teams from throughout Asia competed for a spot in the main event during the qualification tournament, which took place at Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore from May 30 to June 1, 2026.
Nine teams, including Team Sibol of the Philippines, have qualified for the main event after three days of competition. Japan, as the host nation of the 20th Asian Games, has secured an automatic spot.
Here's the final lineup of participating national/regional teams for the Identity V main event at the 2026 Asian Games:

- Chinese Taipei
- Hong Kong, China
- Indonesia
- Japan
- Malaysia
- Philippines
- Republic of Korea
- Thailand
- Vietnam
And to recap, Identity V (IDV) is among the 11 medal events to be competed in the esports category of the forthcoming 20th Asiad in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.
This is also the game's first appearance as an official esports title at the continental quadrennial multi-sport event.
Scheduled for September 23 – October 2, 2026, the main event will be held at Aichi Sky Expo.
