Genshin Impact Concert 2021 slated Oct. 3; Aloy trailer revealed
miHoYo has announced that its RPG Genshin Impact will host “Genshin Concert 2021: Melodies of an Endless Journey” on October 3. Everyone will be able to watch it online for free. Along with this, miHoYo has released the teaser trailer for Genshin Impact crossover character Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn.
The 90-minute Genshin Concert 2021 will be led by award-winning Belgian conductor Dirk Brosse and the Flanders Symphony Orchestra. Independent musicians from different countries, including the United States and South Korea, will join the orchestra to perform Genshin Impact music in innovative interpretations with a mix of genres.
The original Genshin Impact soundtracks were composed and produced by HOYO-MiX, miHoYo’s in-house music team. Genshin Impact’s soundtracks begin with classical orchestral music and include various parts of world music into themes and variations for multiple regions.
Six original soundtrack albums have been released for the game. A seventh album comprising music from the freshly introduced Inazuma area will be released soon by collaborating with HOYO-MiX and Sony Music.
In addition, miHoYo also revealed the trailer of Aloy, the crossover character from Horizon Zero Dawn, during Gamescom 2021. From the trailer, Aloy can be seen splitting an ice bomb that imbues her arrows with ice.
Aloy is a free playable five-star bow user and will be available to PlayStation users with the release of the 2.1 Update next week, but PC and mobile users will have to wait for the 2.2 Update.
