Globe Telecom has announced its annual celebration dubbed “GDay.” This celebration is about giving back to their loyal customers through exciting rewards and surprises.
GDay is the theme of Globe’s 917 celebration in 2021. Additionally, 0917 is Globe’s iconic and original prefix, widely recognized as a subscriber badge. What began on September 17th has evolved into a month-long series of 917 celebrations designed to express gratitude and give back to Globe customers.
During this time of collective need through upliftment, bayanihan, and leveled-up rewarding experiences, Globe Rewards aims to make this year’s 0917 celebration a unifying factor for Filipinos.
While engaging in energizing activities such as games and music, customers will have the opportunity to help non-government organizations (NGOs), charitable institutions, and foundations.
This year’s 917 GDay celebration will feature numerous exciting giveaways, fun events, and daily virtual surprises. The festivities began in August with the G Legends Cup, an amateur mobile gaming tournament in which champions have the opportunity to win not only for themselves but also for their communities.
Surprises will be revealed throughout September with the highly anticipated G Chance the Raffle, which will give Globe and TM customers the chance to win exciting prizes daily, leading up to a grand prize draw for P1 million in GCash Credits.
Another highlight of GDay is the inaugural G Super Sale, which allows customers to take advantage of exclusive deals from Globe’s partnership with Lazada and GLife via the GCash app.
This year’s G Summit virtual stage will be graced by global industry experts who will share pertinent tips and insights with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) owners.
Moreover, Globe’s most prominent online concert, G Music Fest, continues the tradition of showcasing the best of local and international talent as a means of lifting emotions, bringing joy, and hope through music.
