Top 2 PH teams to compete for CODM World Championship 2021 – Garena Qualifier

The Call of Duty Mobile Philippines Championship 2021 will see the top 2 teams compete for CODM World Championship 2021 – Garena Qualifier. The Philippines Championship is currently ongoing, which started on August 23 and will conclude on September 4. The champion and the first runner-up will represent the Philippines in the Garena Regional Qualifier.

Meanwhile, thousands of skilled players have qualified for the next level of Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2021, following several weeks of solo and team qualifiers. Hundreds of teams gathered to vie in regional qualifiers for the chance to compete at the Garena Regional Qualifier.

Six regional qualifiers will conclude by the end of September in Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore, with each local representative squad determined at that time.

Numerous well-known and potential teams qualified for the upcoming local qualifiers via the prior stages. They are as follows:

• The Philippines region – Smart Omega, PDR Esports, RTL Esports
• Malaysia region – Crackheads and Yoodo RSG (confirmed Malaysia representatives)
• Singapore region – ALMIGHTY and Gaijin Rouge (confirmed Singapore representatives)
• Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan region – MTN DEW, Raptors.DNS
• Indonesia region – DG Esports, Rimo Sadewa, 4U Team
• Thailand region – WDC.FREESLOT, SHARPER ESPORT, FW ESPORT

Two teams per region – a total of 12 teams – will compete for the prize pool at each local qualifier, as well as for the lone spot representing the Garena region for the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2021. This biggest CODM tournament highlights over 2 million USD (approximately 99M PHP) total prize pool.

For the Philippines Championship, 16 teams are competing for a share of PHP 990,000 PHP (~ USD 20,000 USD) total prize pool.

The 16 teams that entered the Philippines Championship 2021 Group Stage are Omega Esports, Aguila Animosity, Ultimate Abyss, PDR Bees, Fantasma, Vigilae C8, Tyrant Destra, PDR Esports, CKG ELEVATE, Velocity Esports, RTL Esports, Ultimate E-Pro, Team Creamy, DVK Rexus ALT, Sigra x AiM, and Tokyo Osaka.
