The third major telco DITO Telecommunity has partnered with the payment service provider UniPin to offer an easy gaming experience for Filipino gamers.
DITO subscribers will be able to purchase game vouchers directly through UniPin. This enables convenient and secure gaming top-ups.
Once the payment option to gaming vouchers becomes available, you can select it under the SMS Mobile Payment (DCB) on the web checkout page on the UniPin website. The purchase amount from your transaction will be deducted from your DITO SIM balance.
Genshin Impact, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty: Mobile, PUBG Mobile, Roblox, and Nintendo eShop are among the popular game vouchers that can be purchased via UniPin.
How to Top Up using DITO SMS Mobile Payment
Step 1: Log in to www.unipin.com and choose your game in the ‘Voucher Purchase’ menu.
Step 2: Select the amount of your desired game credits.
Step 3: Select DITO Telecommunity under SMS & Mobile Payment.
Step 4: Enter your working email address.
Step 5: Input your DITO mobile number and click the ‘Confirm’ button. (you will receive the OTP via SMS for this transaction)
Step 6: Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) you received from DITO in your mobile number and click the ‘Confirm Payment’ button.
Step 7: Transaction was done. You can check your email address to get the Voucher Code (Serial & PIN). If you still didn’t receive it in your inbox, you may want to check it in your spam mail.
DITO’s brand & marketing director Jasper Evangelista shared that they share the same vision as UniPin, which is to provide the best digital services to every Filipino in the country.
UniPin’s CEO Ashadi Ang mentioned that they are optimistic that the partnership will benefit gamers in the Philippines and grow the country’s esports scene.

Previously, the telco showed its support for gaming communities by hosting esports tournaments. The partnership between DITO and UniPin is expected to boost interest among gamers, particularly Millenials and Gen Z.
