XD Entertainment features a USD 50,000 (around PHP 2.5 million) prize pool for the Sausage Man Championship 2021, the mobile battle royale shooter game’s biggest tournament this year. Countries from the Southeast Asian region, including the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, will battle it out for a part of the prize pool and to claim the title.
The tournament follows last October’s All Star Royale, a star-studded match between Southeast Asian streamers in which Alodia and her Team Black emerged as winners. With Sausage Man’s competitive scene heating up, the Sausage Man Championship will kick off on November 8 with Regional Tournaments, where teams from Southeast Asia will compete against local rivals. Each Regional Tournament will feature a USD 3,500 (~PHP 177K) prize pool.
Once regional tournaments are done, the four most victorious teams from Singapore/Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand will regroup and prepare for the Championship Tournament.
The 2021 Sausage Man Championship tournament will run from December 17 to 19 and will crown one victorious squad. A USD 36,000 (~PHP 1.8M) prize pool is on the line, with the winning team taking home USD 18,000 (~PHP 914K).
