Heroes TD, free NFT tower defense strategy game

Heroes TD is a free-to-play NFT tower defense strategy game in which users can earn real money by playing the game or creating their own unique NFT content and trade it with other players.

This blockchain-based collectible tower defense strategy game was developed by the Vietnam-based game company CG Studio team. It will soon be available in the first quarter of 2022 on Android, iOS, and PC.

Heroes TD utilizes two primary tokens: Cloudspire Gold Coin Token (CGC), the in-game currency, and Heroes TD Token (HTD), the cryptocurrency.

In Heroes TD, users play with each other, collect and build their deck to win. They can do Daily Quests events to complete missions, earning CGC. In addition, they can use HTD and CGC to improve their decks and participate at a higher level.

In the beginning, players are given 5 Basic Heroes (non-NFT) to help them explore the game, like joining a low-level PvP Arena. Additionally, players can employ these characters to gain CGC by participating in Daily events, quests, and other activities. However, low-ranking PvP matches can only earn a limited amount of CGC.

Players can then extract these CGC and store them in their wallets, sell them on the Marketplace, or even trade them with their peers using blockchain technology.

Meanwhile, a strong deck is required for high-level PvP Arena, Ranked Matches, Tournaments, and Challenges. The player can get NFT Heroes to improve their deck. NFT Heroes can be purchased from the Marketplace or summoned using two NFT Heroes.

Heroes TD features several game modes, including:

• PvP Arena – Players can compete using non-NFT Heroes decks in this game mode. They will be matched with other players depending on their PvP Rank. Players can gain CGC after each match in this mode, based on their PvP Rank.
• Co-op Mode – Players will be paired with a random player to participate in a cooperative defensive game in this mode. Each participant will bring their own deck to the match and work together to protect the base from the enemy’s waves. Players will earn CGC based on the number of waves finished.
• Challenge Mode – Players can challenge another player in this mode in either of two ways: Direct Challenge or Same Deck Challenge. To enter the challenge, both participants must pay a CGC entrance fee. The winning player will take the reward based on that amount of CGC after deducting a small fee.
• Tournament Mode – In this mode, four or eight players will be required to pay an entry fee to compete in the Tournament. Players will be paired up to progress through the Tournament. The Tournament’s rewards will be distributed exclusively to the Last Man Standing.

In the game’s ecosystem, HTD is a specialized DeFi token required to participate in-game activities and make purchases on the Marketplace. Due to its ability to summon new Heroes, HTD is a necessary component of Heroes TD. Moreover, users can earn HTD by participating in in-game events.
